Help facilitate new companies interested in hiring assistance with Brooks Recruiting.

 

For your effort, you’ll get 11% of the contingency placement fee paid for each placement, for up to 3 years per client.

(Affiliate fee paid when the guarantee period is completed and invoice is paid)

Client / Job Referrals – What we are looking for?

We are looking for introductions to hiring decision-makers.

1.  To become an affiliate, read the Terms and Conditions and sign the online agreement.

2.  Once we’ve received your application, we’ll review, and sign the agreement.  If we have any additional questions prior to signing, we’ll contact you for additional information.

3.  Then let us know if you need any information or would like to speak further to best understand our value proposition and how we help our clients.

Brooks Recruiting LLC Affiliate Program

In layman’s terms, here’s what the Affiliate Agreement says:

Affiliate Overview:

  • Brooks Recruiting is in the business of providing recruiting services and presenting Candidates to Client for hire.
  • Each client has its’ unique hiring agreement and terms.
  • As an Affiliate, you will make Introductions/Referrals to Individuals at Companies that are the decision-maker for hiring.
  • If an agreement is signed, you will qualify to receive 11% of every Candidate’s fee hired at the company, for up to 3 years from the date the agreement is signed

Eligibility:

  • To be eligible as an Affiliate, you must have a signed agreement
  • Not in violation of the agreement
  • Are not a business owner signing up your own company
  • Not a hiring decision-maker signing up your own division (referrals to other divisions may be accepted with prior approval from Brooks Recruiting)
  • The referred Client individual must know you (i.e. you can’t refer a hiring manager/owner who has no knowledge of you)
  • We’re not actively speaking to the client about hiring within the last 6 month (if we are, we will let you know.  Conversely if you make an introduction and an agreement is signed within the next 6 months, you will receive credit)

Conditions to be paid:

  • Each Candidate hired comes with a guarantee period.  For a placement fee to be earned, the candidate must complete the guaranteed period of time.  If they are fired or leave prior, no placement fee is earned.
  • The client must pay the invoice in full.  No payment in full, no affiliate payment.

Successful Placement of Candidate + All Conditions & Eligibility Met

(Signing an Agreement, Placing a Candidate, Working through the Guaranteed Period, and Receiving Payment in Full):

  • You will be mailed a check within 5 days
  • After the end of the year 12/31, you will be issued a 1099-MISC if you’ve received more than $600

Rules:

  • Any information shared between both parties is confidential and may no be shared with any other party without approval
  • You agree to not compete against Brooks Recruiting, sell other Recruiting Services to other Recruiting Agencies, or Directly Solicit our Existing Customers for recruiting services during the duration of the agreement and for 1 calendar year if the agreement is cancelled by either party
  • You agree to observe to maintain integrity, professionalism, exercises appropriate and lawfully required ethics at all times and observe and comply with all applicable laws including (Equal Opportunity Employment, Laws against Human Trafficking, and Privacy Laws)

Other Important Details:

  • Either party may cancel the agreement at any time, but this doesn’t prevent Brooks Recruiting paying money owed or due in the future, unless there is a breach of agreement such violation of the non-competition, sharing information without consent, or a data breach without basic controls in place to secure information
  • If Brooks Recruiting is acquired or merges with another company, the provisions of the agreement will continue.
  • The affiliate may assign this agreement in connection with any merger, acquisition, divestiture, or reorganization subject to Brooks Recruiting’s approval, however approval shouldn’t be unreasonably withheld
  • You agree by signing this agreement, that you are the person signing,
  • You also agree that by signing this agreement, you are not in violation of  any law or restriction placed upon you by any other respective entity (i.e. your current employer).
    • If you are in violation of one of these restrictions, you agree to release Brooks Recruiting of the burden.
